Chestnut Knoll Assisted Living Community was officially opened at 120 West 5th Street Boyertown, PA 19512, on September 18th of 2000. This facility is licensed by the Department of Public Welfare as a personal care home. Chestnut Knoll has 82 suites, 34 of which are located within our secured dementia care unit, the Evergreen Neighborhood, and 48 of which are residential.

Home care services were added in 2003. It was developed to meet the growing desire of individuals to receive assistance with the everyday tasks and still live
in their own homes. Our dedicated
staff serves clients in Easter Berks, Western Montgomery and Northern Chester County.

Chestnut Knoll is privately owned. It is managed by Heritage Senior Living who also manages other senior facilities in the area such as: Manor at Market Square in Reading, PA, Arbour Square in Harleysville, PA, Traditions of Hanover in Bethlehem, PA and Traditions of Hershey in Palmyra, PA.
