Chestnut Knoll At Home takes extra steps to ensure that the caregivers we send to your home are trustworthy and conscientious. All employees undergo extensive background and reference checks prior to being hired. In addition:
- All caregivers are employees of the company, not subcontractors
- Staff and caregivers are bonded and insured, and undergo extensive background checks
- Supervisory staff make visits to all client homes
- Most cases are staffed within 24 hours
- Back-up plans are in place in case the regular caregiver cannot come
Chestnut Knoll @ Home cared for my mom for almost one year helping with her daily needs. All the caregivers have been wonderful with my mom and very patient.
