Literally, from the moment that i first visited CK I felt relieved that I found a warm and safe place for my wife. The ambiance and attitudes were very comforting. The people are the key!
I have two separate Grandparents residing at Chestnut Knoll. The Staff is amazing and friendly. They are very tell taken care of. They place is always clean when I come to visit. I am very pleased to have such an amazing facility in my home town.
I am extremely happy with the care my grandparents are receiving from Chestnut Knoll. Their professionalism and communication throughout this entire pandemic has made me comfortable with having my loved ones in a assisted living environment. All of the staff, from the administration to the care workers, they really care about the residents.
A Positive Approach! I recently moved a loved one to Chestnut Knoll’s Memory Care Unit and I am so happy with this decision. The staff at Chestnut Knoll are so kind and caring towards him — they see him as a person … not his disease or the behaviors it has created. The staff at all levels are terrific at communicating with me and keeping me up to date. It is hard watching someone I love decline and change – but I have peace of mind knowing that he is treated with respect and compassion.
My Mom was a resident at Chestnut Knoll for 5 years. She thrived there with their activities and the therapy there. The staff was like family and they are well trained and knew how to handle her needs. As she declined they were proactive to her needs. I could not have picked a better place for my Mom’s care.
My mother was in memory care at Chestnut Knoll. From my first phone call and meeting to the days after my mother passed and we left CK, we had nothing but exceptional care. Everyone is truly caring, professional and engaged. Denise is by far the best director for memory care. We had prior experiences of care for my mom and none were of the level Chestnut Knoll provided. They consider you and your loved one as family and they become family to you. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or people to care for my mom in her final year.
Chestnut Knoll is the best facility. Staff is caring and always goes beyond to make sure the residents are living their best life. I’ve had two loved ones well taken care of my Mom and my Husband.
the Assisted Living area before she had to move to the Memory Care side. It was quite an adjustment for her however the care is exceptional and everyone feels like a family. She is encouraged to participate in activities however usually declines. We recommend Chestnut Knoll to everyone!
My fiancé’s grandmother is at Chestnut Knoll. The staff are friendly, helpful, and providing the care that she needs. The food is good / homemade and the building is clean. She is participating in the social activities for fun as well as the therapy sessions for strengthening. I would recommend if you are in need of care for a senior.
